We’ve all heard the saying “you are what you eat.” The foods we choose to eat, including how they’re prepared and when they’re eaten, play a critical role in our overall health. Many ailments, as well as low energy and stress, stem from poor or inadequate diets.
On one level, we all need the same things to stay healthy: water, protein, good fats, vitamins and minerals.
That beings said, the right balance of the ingredients of life depends upon a variety of factors specific to each person, including sex, age, weight, metabolism and activity level.
This is where nutritional counselling comes in.
Knowledge, Guidance & Empowerment
Testimonial
Anna’s health counselling is empowering. Her extensive knowledge about nutrition and supplements give me the confidence and inspiration I need to make changes and take control of my health. I trust her direction and advice because of her passion and experience in the field. Most importantly, Anna provides excellent follow-up support, and has never failed to respond (thoroughly!) to any one of my (numerous!) emailed questions. It’s so obvious that she cares for her clients!
