At Perfect Resonance, my goal is to restore balance to your body.
Many different factors can cause imbalance in the body. Some of these include:

- nutrient deficiencies or excesses;
- food, environmental and chemical sensitivities;
- structural imbalances;

Educate, Empower, Energize: A Unique Approach to Promote Health
With so much information to absorb, really understanding nutrition and healthy living can be downright difficult. Nutrition labels can seem indecipherable, packaging can be misleading, and health information contradictory.
Even if you’ve managed to hack your way through the jungle of information and opinion, it’s just as challenging to figure out how to put all this knowledge to use.

With so much talk about avoiding pesticides, genetically modified foods, wheat, gluten, dairy, red meat, farmed salmon, vegetable oils, butter, margarine, animal fats, salt, certain supplement–you name–it’s hard to know what’s good to buy or eat anymore!
You don’t want to be bombarded with all kinds of scientific terms and data. Rather, you need the basics of nutrition so that you can regularly apply the information to improve your life.

I’ve got a knack for making often complex and confusing health information easily digestible (if you’ll pardon the pun!). You’ll learn the basics of nutrition and how foods and supplements affect your body. And you’ll know where to shop and what to look for when stocking your fridge, freezer, and cupboards.

So the first step is to determine your baseline; that is, the nutritional deficiencies, food sensitivities, and lifestyle patterns that may be affecting your health.
A thorough review of your health history is key in developing customized programs that resonate with the processes at work in your body, promoting the restoration of balance.
What Is Resonance?
Resonance is enriching and/or intensifying a vibration by adding another vibration within the same range of frequency.
When two systems vibrate within the same range of frequency they’re in resonance. When vibrations in resonance meet they create order. Conversely, when vibrations not in resonance meet they create chaos.
Resonance and Your Overall Health
Every cell of the body has a vibration, or a voice.
Imagine billions of cells all speaking at the same time with their own unique voices. When these voices are in synch, the body is in a state of balance, and therefore, health. When these voices are chaotic, the body is out of balance.
So the key is getting these voices to sing as one. At its essence, this is what healthy living is all about and what Perfect Resonance strives to help all clients achieve.
