Q: “AAAHHHHH!!! With so much talk about avoiding pesticides, genetically modified foods, wheat, gluten, dairy, red meat, farmed salmon, vegetable oils, butter, margarine, animal fats, salt, certain supplements…you name it…I barely know what’s good to buy or eat anymore! Can you help me?”

A: I know how you feel! With such an overwhelming amount of information out there about food, nutrition, and supplements, which is growing by the minute, it can definitely get overwhelming…especially when you consider that so much of the information is contradictory, and that a lot of important information isn’t being very widely shared. It’s sometimes difficult to know if you are making the best choices for yourself and your family, and being misinformed may put you at risk for numerous health issues. It’s time to separate fact from fiction and take control of what you can by attending my Get Cart Smart presentation!
