Gut & Psychology Syndrome (GAPS)™

More than two thousand years ago, The Father of modern medicine, Hippocrates, stated that all disease begins in the gut.

The more we learn with our current scientific tools, the more we realize just how correct Hippocrates was! Science has discovered that about 90% of all cells and all genetic material of the human body belongs to the gut flora–a mixture of various microbes which live inside our digestive tract.

So, in reality the body is just a 10% shell, providing a habitat for this mass of micro-creatures living inside us. Their role in our psychological and physiological health is monumental. Our modern world poses many dangers for human gut flora; once damaged, the health of the whole body enters a downward slide towards disease.

GAPS: Gut & Psychology Syndrome

Developed by Dr. Natasha-Campbell McBride, GAPS™ (Gut and Psychology/Physiology Syndrome™) is a highly successful, self-help programme, based on a very specific nutritional protocol that has helped thousands of people of all ages improve their health.

Anna has greatly helped me over the years. I’m a person who reacts negatively to many things, including supplements. Anna has been able to find and provide me with great supplements that have not caused any issues. I’ve also greatly benefitted from her sensitivity testing. She takes the time to listen and to follow-up with her clients, and she’s always a joy to talk with. I’m very grateful to have met her.

In September 2013, I attended an intensive Certified GAPS™ Practitioner training program offered by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, so that I can support individuals wishing to adopt the GAPS™ protocol.
