Even more incredible is how changes in diet can have such profound positive effects on a person’s health, vibrancy and well-being.

The first step is assessing your current health. From there, we can then determine the cause(s) of your health issues.

Once we’ve got a good sense of your health issues, I then develop a plan personalized to your specific needs. We’ll figure out how to adjust your diet, and if necessary  your lifestyle, to improve your health. However, I won’t only give you instructions; rather, I will also provide you with the knowledge you need to understand nutrition and health as well as guidance on how to effectively implement change in your life.
